This group is for making cards and the recommended size for a card is 1320×920. This can easily be checked by clicking the “buy/preview” button next to your image. An image is incorrectly sized if you see white or black borders on the top/bottom or sides. Such an image will not be accepted by the moderators of this group. The moderators will also reject a work that has an edge border embedded in the image.

Visualize your finest work as a card celebrating a holiday such as Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving. You may want to create a Thank You card, a Get Well, Missing You, Congratulations, Wedding Wishes, Birthday or Anniversary cards.

To facilitate selling the card you create, we highly recommend that the submitted artistic work is tagged with theme words. Example: if you think the card will make a good birthday card, write “birthday card” in the Tags Box when uploading your image to RedBubble. You may tag the image with as many themes you see fitting. This will enable potential buyers to find your card upon searches.

Additionally, as we near some of the common holidays, the group will focus on submissions that correlate with that upcoming holiday.

Challenge guidelines will be posted on the challenge page for each contest. Please read them carefully as they may differ slightly from the group’s general guidelines.

GROUP RULES

1. Only three (3) submissions per member, per day will be approved.

2. Each member is allowed a total of 20 submissions. After that, please remove some of your previous submissions to make room for your new work.

3. Do not submit anything that does not personally belong to you and/or was not created by you.

4. Multiple submissions of the same scene or same image with different editing will not be approved.

5. We do not accept photographs of performers, family, or pets. Images showing the faces of children will be rejected, to protect the children.

6. No pornographic, offensive or inflammatory material is permitted.

7. The moderator(s) will reject any work that does not comply with these rules and his/her decision is final.

8. Have fun, make new friends, and don’t forget to check your image size and quality!

Final note:
Clothing creations have been removed as an option in this “Cards” group.
Unlimited “writing” is allowed.
10 “journals” are allowed per member.
