wow this one i sketched from a image i saw on the web i loved the pose, then i painted the figures in corel painter,,, i added some patterns from another image which hadent turned out so well, then photoshop and then i did lots of cutting and pasting in painter also added a texture so it was a new way of working for me…......... This is for texture. It is acrylics on canvas with some texture done with a pallette knife. I mix salt with the paints for the interesting effects. Monet is my favorite artist even though I can’t paint like him. His use of color and texture always fascinated me.

First I done lots of drawings of an old violin. Then I thought about the colours I wanted to use. I painted the background first and went on from there. On the right I made a splash of paint because it needed something there. Later when the painting was nearly finished I created a flower from it.

He spent his time in Bridlington and made sure fast American speedboats were available, and trained his teams to get out swiftly, preparing for the time when airmen would need to be rescued, he was killed in a road accident in the early nineteen thirties and Churchill mourned a good man he had wanted to play a major role in the war they both knew was coming.

About This Group
Just a few centuries ago, almost all of fine artists studied to copy his master’s paintings. But today very few artist do this. Because they are in a hurry to create their own original styles. We doubt if it is good or not. We should learn more from the masterpiece. So we want to tell you that copying a masterpiece is a very useful way to study fine art, especially for a self-taught artist. Join us and upload your studying or reproduction.
We have decided to broaden the scope of this group. Thus a masterpiece can be from fine art to designer art. It can include any art era such as pop art or impressionism etc. What is most important is that you got an idea, concept, design, or palette etc. for your painting from a master artist. A master meaning anyone who has made it big in the art world.
An example could be you created a painting in your own style but your mentor in the art world was Andy Warhol and a bit of his style is incorporated into your painting. That painting will be accepted into this group. The only rule we request is that the artist’s name who inspired you is included in your description. This group is for anyone from beginners to the far advanced.
