Chinese opera performed by the Kong Chew Chinese Opera Association at the Collingwood Town Hall. This story is set in the East Han Dynasty era (25AD – 220AD), a time when there were many wars and civil unrest with rebels. Some men look so good in makeup I wonder why wearing it ever fell out of fashion. I never felt it detracted in any way from their natural attractiveness and masculinity, and yet modern western views are quite black and white on the issue as a whole. I suppose goths have a more legitimate excuse… could this be why there are lots more around these days?
