The Weight Of The World by Tara Lemana
Just playing around in PSP with a photo of my daughter Kassidy in a pensive mood, I couldn’t help but think how she looked old beyond her years, and she made me think of the Child Empress in The Neverending Story I and how she had the weight of the world on her shoulders. A little tweaking and playing with several different photos and this is the result! :) All resources used my own, taken on my Canon Powershot A480 point and shoot. A little help from the generous Trisste for a slight emphasis on the lashes. 500+ Viewings group: 516 views at the time of submission. Mountain view panorama along Trail Ridge Road in RMNP The view along the Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park was so spectacular, that I could not stop shooting pictures. I have combined three of them to share this magnificent view with you. This is a re-edit of my original “Beautiful” image, I was never entirely happy with the original but didn’t know how to fix it before. I’m happier with it now!! :) This is my gorgeous daughter (original photo taken by my mother, used with permission), the background is Paekakariki Beach in beautiful Aotearoa, New Zealand. :) Proudly New Zealand-made. :)

FIRST TIME PUBLISHED / Watch this I looked outside my restaurant in Broome I saw two cowboyheads sitting on the tables outside and I had a strong urge to make some photo’s. I spook to the two men they where from Fitzroy Crossing. They where watching a crowd of Indeginous Aboriginal men and women ‘hanging’ outside in the Plaza.
