fantastic portrait which lends itself to looking like an Oil or Watercolour of one of the Old Masters…......Brilliant

bit of luck really using the remote control, then I have to make sure I conceal it before the picture is taken! but it is a great camera. Thanks for the visit
mmargot

Odalisque from Oz, or something…
Soxy Fleming! replied

Beautiful images, the lines the colors and textures are all fantastic

aglaia b
so beautiful, like a classical painting, love the colours! ;-)
Soxy Fleming! replied
I’m so glad you said classical…that is just how I see it. thanks!
George Swann
So young and beautiful…the camera is dumb!!.....the photographer is so talented and clever..love the composition, the oh so refined look on your face, and the colours are good, I would have preferred black maybe silk instead of green to contrast with the red, it would have added a touch of eroticism to the Image!!
Soxy Fleming! replied
I actually think it is the camera that is clever! sorry don’t have any black (I’ll have a look though)
Solomon Walker
very nice, relaxing pose…lovely photo!
Soxy Fleming! replied
I’m glad it looks relaxed! these poses rarely are…and I have to quickly conceal that remote control!
Zolton
It’s absolutely wonderful. Love the colors and the lighting!
Soxy Fleming! replied
It’s a good spot next to the window but really I think the camera is the thing that makes it work!
Anne van Alkemade
Nope, don’t photoshop, it’s really very nice as is. Ditto to Jem and woofer
Soxy Fleming! replied
thanks Anne. Mr Shawhouse has been given some others from this lot, but not this one!
DrinkMeAlice
This is fabulous!! I love the rich colours and textures against the alabaster-like skin of the model. Absolutely gorgeous!!
Soxy Fleming! replied
thanks for those nice words…these are great pieces of material, I dyed the dark red one (can’t remember what colour it was before) and there must be about 15 or 20 meters of it. Probably 10 metres of the other one which is just a funny stretchy synthetic – a great prop all the same!
TextureoftheSin
Love the pose but the textures and colours in the cloth and the wood make this for me. Beautifully elegant work
Soxy Fleming! replied
thank you…I see this much more as a picture of the drapes and the cupboard than of me! thanks for the nice comment
karenuk1969
Really pretty work, great colours.
Harald Gick

Soxy Fleming! replied
thanks for the visit Harald!
Mike Paget

Soxy Fleming! replied
thanks Mike, I’m getting more colourful than dark here at the moment!
Athanassi
What was you intending to do in photoshop?........I feel the image is wonderful the way it is , the choice of fabric colour is wonderful , the whole image looks very rich ….Fantastic!
Soxy Fleming! replied
thank you! I probably would have lightened the skin and hair and put red over the little piece of pink carpet…but it is nice ot leave it as it is
Athanassi
It would be nice to see what the image would be like ….if the skin was lightend….fair skin yes!......and maybe redden the hair slightly…but it still works wonderfully ….
shawhouse
Finally, a comment that makes sense! :)
This is excellent, but does anyone really know when an image has been manipulated if the editor doesn’t want them to know?
Soxy Fleming! replied
sorry dear, I’m keeping this one ; ) you have others!
Alessandro Pinto

wow!!!!! so no need to photoshop… classically beautifully in every respect – adore the tones!
Soxy Fleming! replied
yes this really came together….mind you all that rolling around twisted up in fabric…there are some pretty funny reject shots. Thanks for your lovely comments
roybarry
Further evidence of the danger presented by “slips ‘n trips” in the home.
Soxy Fleming! replied
well it is very easy to slip and trip when wrapped in 15 metres of silky fabric….note how well the model controlled herself so as not to ruin the image…..even while suffering great pain from a dislocated knee (well that’s obvious isn’t it…)
chijude
Was smiling at the thought of the “rejects”! This works beautifully as it is!
Soxy Fleming! replied
thanks, some will never get seen except by me! I have also just given this one a photoshop treatment…it is a great candidate…so watch in the next few days for that!
chijude
That I will do!
Soxy Fleming! replied

I LOVE that green! Against the reds and browns it’s even more beautiful!
Soxy Fleming! replied
funny, I resist wearing that colour. I have had that material for a very long time and never made it into anything. But it is a good prop! thanks for visiting and commenting
MountainHawk
