Flash Flooding in Narre Warren South
Well after that downpour today, some of our local house became waterfront properties!
I have submitted these images to the local paper and am currently awaiting their reply…. All fingers crossed!

Great shots Sam, wasn’t that rain special…what a day…we need it hey..!..
looks like you got even more than we did down here…was very tempted to get down the coast to capture that lightning but the rain coming in sort of put a “dampener” on it…cheers, Rob.

Yeah it peed down hehe! I too Rob was on my way to the coast to get some lightning shots and also tried to get in front of storm front as it came in… unfortunately i wasnt quick enough and got caught right in the heart of the storm… was fun when my car decided to Aqua plane on the water hehe!
Cam home and grabbed these shots instead!

Well the sunset was special as well and I feel guilty not getting down there to get it…hmm, stuck on this pc all day..!...I was out last night dodging lightening strikes but..not sure if I got any good ones yet…don’t think so as by the time I got there, it sort of died off a bit…

fantastic shots! I was at Southalnd and the top level got flooded. Seriously, I was in Dick Smiths when a whole lot of hail came through the roof at us. Water everywhere..there I was in thongs slipping round all over the place. Power went out over half the shopping centre! Was crazy!!

Heard Chadstone shopping centre was underwater as well. At least it wasnt your backyard like a couple of years ago!! LOL It was amazing indeed! Great images and good luck with paper!
