ALLOWING…

I love Holy Cole and I adore this song.. inspired to write with this going.. I usually don’t write while I listen to music.. but I have loved this song and it means the world to me.. it haunts me..
I am Calling You

Original version is killer too.. jevetta Steel

HE ADDED ALPHABETS TO HIS PALLET

LIKE SOUP
HE BEGAN TO FLOAT WITH THE PLEASURE OF
KNOWING ALL WAS NOT LOST ON HER

So the day gave him back some of the illusions that fit comfortable like, in his pocket. He never panicked in the car but usually
Had fits of laughter that others at stop signs would gaze in and feign irritation
But wished deep deep down they could laugh too
Anywhere.

It was 102 outside and the restless and listless living was about to begin,
But he had letters in his name to show him how to cope
Time seemed to rise on top of his reality like the scoop of vanilla ice cream in a root beer float.

He sucked down the juice and licked every frothy crevice
He would wait
No rush with the eternal calling wisdom
He almost remembered her from before but it was enough he only felt the Truth in between soda and cream.
Life was good this way. To know and let be
To see treasures in a moment where other see
The end

His little secret served him well,
He was never to be cut from her nor
Alone,
He would feel the fire within
And he would
Let go.

Fantastic read, excellent writing, unfounded lightness of being on the side of the coin looking south to south-west. Hermetic expression on the other side of the coin looking everywhere… inside.

  • linaji replied

iNdeed.. Hermetic expression.. what would communication be without magic my dear Vasile..thu a song.. thu an inflection of ones voice .. when one begins to pay attention to ones own heart .. it lays a naked path all rolled up into one bloodline.. piercing at the heartstrings of the eternal.. it is a calling of oneself to oneself and back again.. but then you know all of this and more.

Hey Lina, my life is pretty boring next to yours, I’m a little jealous, but glad for you!

  • linaji replied

I must write a poem about you my friend.. your so safe yet so precious to many here..
And me.. I wanted to capture just a piece of you..
Through blue man did we meet.
We saw his lover and his shy nature
We saw him captured by his greatest fears
and saved the same day too,
We saw a wonderland of hopes and dreams
though out the seams of blue mans schemes.
We saw a Syd that is a natural and at last
We see a smile that bends our hearts to forever,
but he will choose to hide,
In a loving heart that is a fine place to abide..
    Much Love to you Syd..
My life is a wonderland,, as I know the likes of you
who reminds me to smile at best..
It can’t be all that bad..

Holy Cow! You certainly are a splendid friend, Lina, and your writings are so dreamy these days, who couldn’t envy you such bliss?!

  • linaji replied

Oh Syd.. surly not so blissful as you may deem.. but today is a day of appreciation after all the money and the government seeming to take away my happiness.. then I discovered.. again..(so many times this again occurs) that it is my own thinking that was bringing me down.. tee hee.. but you know this friend.. you surely do.. xox
