Dream of things that never were
When my film came back from the lab and I pulled this photo out of the bag I nearly dropped my hat. A triple twist of champion arcitecture, HolgaMadness and (accidently) Magritte.
I don’t think I can top this. So I am going to stop.
You can relax now Danny.

who threw the table in the lake?
onetonshadow replied
I really enjoy the way you see things as much as I’d really enjoy smacking you round the face with a fish.

...wow – you are right about topping this… WHAT AN IMAGE!!!! This works incredibly well! Love the connectivity and displacement at the same time!

beautifully surreal and on film. ;
) xox) xoxbtw, i love how you always write Untouched Medium Format scan hehe ;
onetonshadow replied
Well I only did it for the last little bunch. But really for the benefit of the viewer. Of course perhaps the way the final image works and how it was achieved is irrelevant. But it stopped all the ‘Hey what filters did you use, love the post processing, etc’ style comments.
onetonshadow replied
Oh and also because I can’t believe it myself.
ColdSoup
crazy….love it

I still have to buy this. Or maybe you could give it to me as a wedding present? Nah, I’ll just buy it. Is it wrong to be listening to the Bloodhound Gang and enjoying it? Yep, I think it is. Or at the very least, very sinful.
najeroux
onetonshadow replied
Sinful.
But last night I accidently listened to Shed Seven’s ‘She left me on Friday’ to relive my teenage years.
Are you getting married?
Melody
Oh god…..what a delicious accidental morsel you have created here….Its sooo Magritte, meets Thames Television I adore the colours the surrealism, yum!
onetonshadow replied
Not entirely sure where that link is going, but YES, Thames Television, I remember that from the intro to every Danger Mouse. Which I was addicted to.
onetonshadow replied
Actually might have been the outro.

Bravo Sir. You should be given a prize. Of what ? by whom? I do not know but a prize is deserved.
