Thank you all, not sure if anyone noticed but sitting above the main connecting shaft at the top is a black silhouette, looks almost like a small figure with wings, still can’t work that out as there was nothing above the main shaft there….interesting!!!!!

  • Hans Kawitzki

    Hans Kawitzki

what an amazing image it must have been a mighty long exposure

  • Steve Chapple replied

Hans, around 40 seconds, the Ferris Wheel is small and turns quite rapidly and the outer buckets have lighting which helps with the effect!

  • Megan Martin

    Megan Martin

WOW! This is amazing…it looks like its going incredibly fast!

  • Steve Chapple replied

Thank you Megan, probably close to 40 second exposure once it started turning, it is only a small wheel so it was not that fast!
