World recent scenario and Obama’s responsibilities towards peace:

Obama said at the time that the increase in roughly 30,000 US troops in Iraq could improve security in “certain neighborhoods” but that it would not solve the long-term political strife between Iraq’s ethnic and religious groups. “I don’t think there’s been any doubt that if we put US troops in that, in the short term, we might see some improvement in certain neighborhoods,” he said in March 2007. In a September 2007 speech Obama said “the stated purpose of the surge was to enable Iraq’s leaders to reconcile. Our troops fight and die in the 120-degree heat to give Iraq’s leaders space to agree, but they aren’t filling it.”



Barack Obama claimed he can win rural white votes based on his 2004 Senate race is the result of some questionable statistics, Now we saw Democrat Barack Obama has captured the White House on Tuesday after an extraordinary two-year campaign, defeating Republican John McCain to make history as the first black to be elected US president.

World’s Eyes on Obama and people are thinking:

Obama could be a peace keeper or peace maker?
Obama could change the shape of this world?
Obama could suggest a possible scenario?
Obama will make some change in US foreign and domestic policy?
Obama could introduce some new human laws towards World’s peace?
Obama’s success is a revolutionary change?
His success had justified the faith his people had put in him?
We’re relying on him to give the world a cutting edge?
Obama could justify?
after years of war, the people long for a lasting peace?
it is the end of world human race, discrimination and racism?
it is a beginning of new hope?
it is a beginning of journey towards new dimension?
it is a beginning toward World’s peace?
Sometimes crisis brings out the best in us so it is the change we need?*

There was a general expectation that he would win!
well hope never ending and rest of the world is hoping for good, after years of war, the people long for a lasting peace.

    The United Nations, Universal Declaration on Human Rights would be a good place for him to look for inspiration. I don’t think many politicians have read it. Very few seem to want to forefill its obligations..

    One man can make difference! The question is whither the rest will allow him to do so, will they join him to make our world a better place or work to make him ineffective. Only time will tell and I am not sure how much time we have, enough I hope. Well written.

    Political reporting is very difficult. You have had a dang good go! the picture is very good – clear and focussed on him yet Full of the people and the ideal of the slogan!
    The best writing evokes assimilation of feeling & memory in the reader.
    For me your report gave rise to my impression of the event –
    I don’t know much of his political promises or standings but I cant help feeling anxious for him. I don’t trust the establishment!
    What your president does effects our whole world.
    As I have said once before if Elizabeth II is the most powerful woman in the world, then the US President is the King of the world
    I hope you all support him and keep him safe! and I hope we can all bring about peace and harmony the world over!

    Remember.. the way to our hearts is to keep the promise.. and the wheels are slow.. he needs to be able to assess the mess.. and a mess it is.. we do not know the implications of the secrets and the deals.. but he will not be making deals for oil magnates nor Hallliburton.. but he will take time.. he will keep in touch with us.. and the change will come.. slow for sure.. but the communication and transparancy will become a bit more real.. WE GOTTA KEEP ON HIS ASS.. THIS IS OUR JOB!!! WE HAVE TO STOP SLEEPING AND KEEP IN THE FOREFRONT OF CONVERSATION.. AND SAY.. LOOK PRES.. OBAMA.. THIS IS WHAT I AM NOT SEEING

    Only by the will of the people….and not just the American people…and not all of the people want peace…it will take statecraft to balance a dangerous world so interconnected…so far to date Barack Obama has been a statesman….and a statesman makes unpopular decisions even when it may not be the will of the people but in their best interests…We the People will have to wait and see….I am very optimistic.
