been reading about tribal child raising and the benefits, and we know I like birds… I began this art as abstract patterns, bubbles of pattern that transformed when I realised by putting a ‘fork in the road’ to the concentric circles, that I created an eye and beak. Before that, it could’ve been shown either way up. also, it transformed from earthy brown colours, to a colourful bird. ‘Is it art? ‘my teacher used to always question. He’s not here now. He’s just asking the question still! in my head! I like it-it’s bright, colouful and alive.
Because one day He will also left us. You know why? / Because, we the human beings became inhuman… / We lost our values, our soul, we forgot our heart(s)... / We are now violent, intolerant… Ignoring those who need us. We lost humanity. We lost ourselves. / The angel is dying, slowly but surely. / We killed Him. / Our nature has changed… My gallery is Copyright © Wandering Soul. Wow .. I was so absolutely thrilled to see this today .. I went to the bank and was later going to the woods to take a few photos ..I looked up because everyone one else is looking up…and there in the city ( not right downtown ) , sitting on a ledge where pigeons usually are on a store is this magnificent bird … Surprized to say the least !! Im so glad I had my camera with me .. I cant believe that hes living in this area .. lots of cars & people ..silly bird .. theres forest woods and a valley not to far from where I was and live .. This is so unreal to see him where I live !!!
A red rooster in dire trouble.
Not the friendliest beast in the bestiary! Somewhat wounded too…I think he needs some ‘alone’ time just now. He is big and took ages – 30×40cm, watercolour, chalk pastel, ink, conte, iridescent pigments (on the feather tips) and copper leaf splatters, on canvas.
that was nice of him to fly by me as I sat on a mountain top :) hes so beautiful .. Im quite happy with this one :) taken in British Columbia up a 2800 foot mountain thanks to everyone that commented on my photos yesterday . I appreciate it a lot
