The sun slowly sinks below the yardarm…..and into a cold beer…. perfect! cheers ;)) Nikon compact coolpix 4800# / Untouched.
Fairly old shot that I just chucked some of my new editing style at… I think it turned out alright! Enjoy!
This pic is as it was when I captured it. 2 Nights ago we had a small ice storm, it left about 2 centimeters of ice on every roof, electric lines and every trees in the locality, I have my share of trees surrounding the house, lilac, pines, maples, cedars and bushes of all kind. Yesterday night was a full moon, the sky was clear of all clouds and the moonlight was very bright with no fog, here are some photos of a series I took around the house, some in total blackness with no street lights to disturb the beautiful bluish rays and hues of the moon and some have a little spark coming from the orange tinted lamp post we have as street lights in front of my house. / This is much better viewed larger, you’ll see… / Hope you enjoy the pics and thank you for viewing! 1-WOOOOOOW! If this prooves popular, I’ll make it a a series with several images. / I have over a 100 of these photos, true some are awful, but there are quite a few I feel are good… so yer, if u like it, keep an eye out for more Enjoy! _
A splash frozen in time. A cherry dropped into a glass of water breaks an infra red beam, triggering a high speed flash. An exposure time of 1/30,000s captures every detail.
I’ve bought six new IKEA glasses but one of them got broken when I washed it for the first time. Of course, I wouldn’t just throw it away, as well as my daughter couldn’t throw away a Camellia blossom she has found fallen at the ground two days later… / I believe these two imperfect subjects made a perfect combination. What do you think?

I wanna feel the sun, I just need some air / I need some air / I need some air / I need some air BRMC “need some AIR”
Taken at Southwell Minster, Nottinghamshire, England. The minster is one of the most interesting and beautiful buildings I have ever been to. Southwell Minster dates back to the 12th century. It was once the retreat of the Archbishop of York. During the English Civil War, it was believed to be used as a stables for Cromwell. Southwell only became a diocese in the the late 19th Century. The window are so beautiful in the Minster. On this particular day, the light came streaming through by mid-morning. I love this shot. The ancient pillars become beautiful pallets of colour. Enjoy!
Playing around with long exposure and painting with light. Exposure time – 25 seconds. A lot of fun – then I ate the subject matter!!!
