this is a fractal with one of my swan photo’s that I took .. this took me a few days because Its so busy now with all the newborn kittens at the Humane Society and sooo many of them ..I really wish people would get their cats neutered so there wouldn’t be so many homeless kittys and end up in the shelter having more and more kittens …. and sweet as kittens are … if people dont adopt them ...they have a sad existence in a cage for a very long time All money that I make from sales from Red Bubble will go to the / TorontoHumaneSociety

While my scanner is on the blink I’ve been going through some of my photos taken while in Shanghai, China in 2006 and found a few with potential. I don’t think I’ll upload too many as photography isn’t one of my strong points, but it is fun to see what you can do with an image in photoshop. This one was taken while in a river traffic jam, our driver was a real character!

A3 drawing on cartridge paper with G-Tec C4 0.4 pen, which I’ve since found out draws in a 0.2mm line no wonder they take a long time to do. This drawing is influenced by walking by the Sea in Devon on a very cold wet English summer day!

Location: Adelaide Botanic Garden’s glasshouse Amazon Waterlily Pavilion. Native to Brazil and the Amazon this lily can grow up to 8’ leaves that can hold 300lbs. These strong and stiff leaves are covered with 1” spines on the maroon bottom of supporting ribs and sides. The new leaf is flat before growing a 3-6” rim. I wasnt happy with the light & colours on the origonal, so I made some adjustments (to the extream I saturated it). Like my image of Autumn Vines – Aldinga Beach .
